Anibal the owner went above and beyond to help me with the repair on my car. At the time I was sick and he handled everything for me and took the worry out of dealing with the ins company. I had alot of damage all around my 2020 Equinox and when I got it back in record time it looked brand new!!!! Plus it was spotless inside. His personality is wonderful and I am so glad I met him. He is so good I called my insurance company to sing praises to my agent for reccommending him. I live in Dutchess Couny but I will only go to him for repairs and when Im in Carmel I will definately stop in to say hello thats how friendly he is. This is the ONLY body shop that I do business with – not only me, but all members of my family. Anibal is willing to work with the customer and consider alternative ways to get the job done, most recently opting to repair a plastic bumper (it now looks perfect; photo attached) rather than replace it, at a serious cost savings to us. He showed me real live examples of multiple cars in which were fixed that looked magnificent. Anibal offered different options to fix the door and he recommended the best course of action. I picked up my car after it was fixed at his shop by his team and it looked brand new. It was also very clean. I am very pleased with the service and highly recommend.
